On December 29, the doors of the new table tennis section of the Yavorivska DYSSH were solemnly opened
New tennis tables, equipment and a spacious, comfortable room – everything so that children can play table tennis with pleasure, develop this sport in the Yavorivska community, and be healthy and active! All this was bought with the funds of the local budget even before the full-scale Russian invasion.
One of the most pleasant parts was celebrating the young champions who won prizes at the regional, all-Ukrainian and world levels! Congratulations to Khrystyna Ulyanyk, Sofia Stanko, Mykhailo Shchegolskyi, Solomiya Kunanets, Maxim Kvasniak, Yuri Tistechok, Zhila Ostap, Viktoria Yuryk, Vasyl Puryk, Maxim Zhelikhovsky, Stepan Tverdokhlib, Vitaly Noga, and Taras Valchyshyn with their awards! We thank their coaches and teachers for raising champions, the pride of the Yavorivska community. A sport currently unknown to our community – boccia – also has winners! These are our Bachalo Iryna and Goray Andriy – participants of the Lviv Oblast Bocce Championship! We would like to thank the mayor of Yavoriv for the initiative of opening the table tennis section and everyone who participated in its implementation!
