11th-grade student of Lviv Professional Sports College, Yulia Isachenko, won a silver medal at the European Youth Olympic Festival 2025 in Skopje. Together with Ukrainian athlete Illia Lasc helped her secure success in the 10-meter air pistol shooting competition.
This silver medal became the first medal for the Ukrainian team at EYOF 2025, which is held under the auspices of the European Olympic Committees.
“These are the first competitions of this level under the Olympic symbol for both athletes. The excitement was palpable, but they managed. Luck wasn’t quite on our side in the final, but we are confident – there are more victories ahead,” – commented team coach Volodymyr Ivanchuk.
