The young athletes from the ‘Gepard’ club have become the pride of the Velykomostivska community by winning a victory at an international tournament in the Czech Republic.
During a session of the Velykomostivska City Council, the ‘Gepard’ club karate athletes, together with their coach Oleh Matyash, shared their impressions of participating in the competition. They claimed the prestigious first place among 27 clubs. “Each of the young athletes spoke about their personal achievements in the competition,” the statement noted.
Coach Oleh Matyash expressed gratitude to the city council and deputies for the financial support that allowed the karate athletes to represent the community at the international level. We are truly proud of our ‘gepards’, who, with their perseverance and sporting spirit, bring glory to the community.
