
On April 9, 2025, the second stage of the Aqualeague swimming competition took place in the city of Mykolaiv, bringing together 196 young athletes born in 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, and younger.
The competition featured 11 teams from various cities, including Vynnyky, Drohobych, Lviv (KDYUSSH named after Kutenko and DYUSSH named after Prokopenko), Mykolaiv, Novyi Rozdil, Rohatyn, Sokal, Ternopil, Truskavets, and Sheptytskyi.
The Sokal-based Sokolyany Youth Sports School showed impressive results, earning a total of 14 medals in different swimming styles.
