Talented, persistent, enthusiastic! Another resounding success for the young female chess players from Horodochchyna at the national level!
The Ukrainian Championship in classical chess among boys and girls under 14 has concluded in Ternopil. Teluk Anastasia won the silver medal, and Zvorska Olesya became the bronze medalist in the same category. Both young players from Horodok are trained by the experienced coach Volodymyr Melesko from the Horodok Youth Sports School.
Anastasia and Olesya are no newcomers to the chess scene. Among their sports trophies are numerous victories in Lviv region championships, prestigious national, and international tournaments. Their achievements are the result of hard work, talent, and a deep love for chess.
