On November 1, 1918 in Lviv, Ukrainians raised the blue and yellow flag and proclaimed the establishment of the Western Ukrainian People’s Republic — a symbol of the revival of our statehood.
Today, as back then, we fight for the freedom and independence of Ukraine. The example of the heroes of the November Uprising inspires our defenders, who daily stand up for their native land in the war with the Russian aggressor.
Unity, faith, and love for Ukraine — that is our strength.
