The missing 18-year-old Volodymyr Shira is being searched for in the Lviv Region. The boy left his home in the village of Ushkovichi on October 1 and still hasn’t returned. The young man is deaf and dumb and needs medical help.

A guy born in 2004, 170 cm tall, thin build, with dark hair and brown eyes.
He was wearing a dark golf shirt, black sweatpants, and blue rubber sneakers. He left home in the evening at 18:50 on October 1 and his whereabouts are still unknown.
