Unauthorised interference with gas networks is not only a violation of the law, but also a potentially serious threat to the safety of consumers and their neighbours.

Users interfering with the operation of gas networks
▪️ violate the integrity and density of the gas distribution system;
▪️ lead to gas leaks, equipment damage and emergencies;
▪️ endanger not only themselves but also their neighbours.
How to avoid risks and protect yourself from accidents and property damage:
– Connecting to gas networks: contact the nearest customer service centre of Lviv branch of Gasmerezha.
– Gasification or reconstruction: all work related to gas appliances should be entrusted only to specialised organisations that have a permit for high-risk work. Lviv branch of Gazmerezhi performs a full range of such works.
– Meter malfunction: in case of meter failure or malfunction, you should immediately notify the GDS Operator through the Customer Service Centre. No unauthorised repairs are allowed!
