The State Border Guard Service of Ukraine is actively implementing modern technologies for border control.
In Sambir district, soldiers of the 7th Carpathian Border Detachment guard the state border around the clock. Thanks to photo and video surveillance systems, the border guards are able to efficiently monitor even the most remote and inaccessible areas. Increasingly, border guards are capturing unexpected “guests” – wildlife inhabitants residing in the border forests and mountains.

Remember, while near the state border, adhere to the established routes and rules. Unauthorized travels in the border areas may lead not only to legal consequences but also to dangerous encounters with predators.
The main goal of the border guards is to ensure the safety of citizens and the reliable protection of Ukraine’s state border.
