Power outage schedule by groups:
- Group 1.1: from 10:30 AM to 2:00 PM
- Group 1.2: from 2:00 PM to 5:30 PM
- Group 2.1: from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM
- Group 2.2: from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM and from 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM
- Group 3.1: from 5:30 PM to 9:00 PM
- Group 3.2: from 9:00 PM to midnight
- Group 4.1: from 9:00 PM to midnight
- Group 4.2: from 12:00 AM to 12:30 AM
- Group 5.1: from 5:00 PM to 5:30 PM
- Group 5.2: from 2:00 PM to 5:30 PM
- Group 6.1: from 5:30 PM to 9:00 PM
- Group 6.2: from 12:00 AM to 12:30 AM and from 10:30 AM to 2:00 PM
