In Lviv, LKP ‘Lev’ is calling to join the initiative of collecting blood for animals.
‘For four-legged donors, a bonus is offered — a free comprehensive examination: general and biochemical blood tests, ultrasound, and heart ECHO’, – reports the press service of the Lviv City Council.
Blood transfusion is often critically important for saving animals. Over the past six months, about 50 dogs have been examined, of which 20 were suitable for donation. Specialists emphasize the importance of finding new donors. The main requirements: age from 1 to 8 years, weight over 25 kg, health, and vaccination.
