The city continues to support defenders. Today, Lviv City Hall, thanks to citizens’ taxes, handed over 347 more pairs of winter shoes to the 125th Territorial Defense Brigade.
In general, 500 pairs of shoes have already been handed over to the 125th Terrodefense Brigade as part of the city-wide military support program adopted at the session of the Lviv City Council. Also, the staff was fully provided with caps, buffs, most of the thermal clothing, etc.
As a reminder, the city constantly allocates funds to the defense capability and support of the Lviv military, which protects Ukraine from Russian invaders: the 125th and 103rd Territorial Defense Brigades, separate 80th Airborne Assault Brigade and the 24th Mechanized Brigade named after King Danylo. In general, since February 24, defenders have received more than 120 million hryvnias from the taxes of Lviv residents. This is the tailoring of uniforms, the purchase of back-up power generators, means of communication, body armor, technical and operational support, fuel, etc.
