Customs officers in Shehyni stopped a shipment of Apple and Samsung headphones valued at 3 million UAH.
On June 21, a 64-year-old resident of Lviv region was returning from Poland through the ‘Shehyni-Medyka’ checkpoint. He chose the ‘green corridor’ lane, declaring he had no goods to declare. However, during an inspection of the minibus, customs officers discovered 1,916 pairs of wireless Apple and Samsung headphones.
An administrative report was filed in accordance with Part 2 of Article 471 of the Customs Code of Ukraine. **The value of undeclared goods is approximately 3 million hryvnias.** The packages of the goods have identical serial numbers, which may indicate that the products are not original.
