Hydrological situation on the rivers of Lviv region as of January 30, 2026.
According to the hydrometeorological network, up to 4 mm of precipitation fell in the Lviv region over the past day. On the mountainous tributaries of the Dniester, a decrease in water levels by 4 – 17 cm was observed. On the other rivers in the region, slight fluctuations in water levels within 1 – 10 cm were noted, with a predominance of increase.
On most rivers of the Lviv region, ice phenomena in the form of ice along the banks were observed. On certain sections of the rivers, ice cover and water on ice remained, while some rivers became ice-free.
Consultation on changes in the hydrological situation on the rivers of Lviv region: the next day, due to a significant drop in air temperature, a decrease in water levels will prevail on the rivers of the region, and an increase in ice phenomena will be noted.
As of 08:00 on January 30, the snow cover height in the mountains of the Lviv region was 7 – 11 cm at M Turka and M Slavske.
