The Lviv Regional Center for Hydrometeorology forecasts a thunderstorm, squally winds at 15-20 m/s, and large hail in Lviv on June 27.
The city council urges residents to be cautious and pay attention to weather conditions. “At home, close windows and doors; unplug all electrical appliances,” advises the city’s civil protection department.
Do not take shelter under trees on the street, as they can attract lightning. It is also important to avoid metal fences and billboards.
