Emergency Services in Lviv Region Extinguished Four Fires in a Day
In the past 24 hours, emergency services in the Lviv region were dispatched to extinguish fires 4 times, including 2 grass fires covering an area of 1900 sq.m. However, each such incident serves as a reminder of the importance of following safety rules.
Recommendations from the State Emergency Service
The Main Department of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in the Lviv region urges:
- Do not smoke in bed — a single careless spark can cost lives.
- Monitor the condition of the electrical network — faulty wiring can lead to tragedy.
- Turn off electrical appliances when leaving home — even an unattended charger can cause a fire.
- Do not leave babies unattended and do not allow them to play with matches.
- Do not overload the electrical network — household appliances require proper usage.
