Detection of Obsolete Ammunition in Lviv Region: Dangers and Safety Measures
In the Lviv region, encounters with obsolete ammunition continue. Just yesterday, rescuers received several reports of objects externally resembling obsolete ammunition.
Discovered Ammunition
- A 125 mm artillery shell from World War II was discovered during a walk through a field in the village of Kutkir, Zolochiv district.
- A 120 mm mortar mine was found near the village of Kurovychi, Lviv district.
All necessary actions for the disposal of these dangerous findings have been undertaken.
