Starting at 10:00 a.m. on April 27, 2026, traffic will be temporarily suspended on a bridge in the Lviv region along the national highway M-09 Ternopil – Lviv – Rava-Ruska (toward Lublin). The restriction is linked to the beginning of repair works on the bridge crossing located at km 141+459 within the settlement of Kulykiv.
According to preliminary estimates, the repairs are expected to last for about three months, tentatively until July 27, 2026.
The works are being carried out by order of the State Agency for Restoration and Infrastructure Development of Ukraine. The project is coordinated by the State Enterprise “Project Management Group for Restoration”, which operates under the agency’s management.
Before the bridge is fully closed to traffic, the contractor will first complete the installation of asphalt concrete pavement on the access road leading to Kulykiv. Only after that will the bridge closure take effect. This approach makes it possible to provide an alternative route for vehicles in advance.
