Hydrological Situation on Rivers of Lviv Region: Overview as of June 28

Overview of the hydrological situation on the rivers of Lviv region as of 08:00 AM on June 28, 2025.

According to the data from the hydrometeorological network, parts of the Lviv region received 0.0 – 4 mm of rainfall in places, up to 9 mm in some areas (HP Styr River – Shchurovychi village) over the past 24 hours. During the past day, the rivers in the region experienced summer low-water conditions with a slight decrease in water levels by 1 – 3 cm. On certain rivers of the Dniester basin, water levels approached their minimum long-term values (HP Stryi River – Matkiv village and Tysmenytsia River – Drohobych city). Water temperature on the mountain tributaries of the Dniester ranged from 11.0 – 18.0°, while in other rivers of the region, it was between 16.0 – 22.0°.

Consultation on changes in the hydrological situation on the rivers of the Lviv region: In the next 24 hours, most rivers in the region will maintain the stable low-water conditions of summer, while on other rivers, a slight decrease in water levels and a gradual decline in water content will continue.
