Residents of the Sokal community are being notified of a temporary traffic disruption. According to the administration of the Kamyanka-Buzka track maintenance unit, vehicle movement will be fully suspended from 6:00 AM on September 8 to 8:00 PM on September 9, 2025, at the railway crossing on the local road connecting Sokal and Sheptytskyi.
The closure is necessary for essential repairs to the railway infrastructure and the road surface at the crossing. The work will be carried out continuously during this period.
During the closure, traffic will be rerouted according to an approved detour scheme through the villages of Bendyuga and Potorytsia via the Sheptytskyi–Peretoky road.
The unit’s administration apologizes for the inconvenience and urges residents to plan their travel routes accordingly.
