The hydrological situation on the rivers in the Lviv region is changing with slight fluctuations in water levels.
According to the hydrometeorological network data, in some areas of the Lviv region, there was from 0.0 to 9 mm of precipitation in the past day. On the previous day, minor fluctuations in water levels were observed on the rivers of the Dniester basin within the range of 1 – 5 cm, mostly rising. On the flat rivers of the Sian and Western Bug basins, and in the upper reaches of the Styr rivers, a decrease in water levels of 1 to 10 cm was noted.
The water temperature in the mountainous tributaries of the Dniester ranged from 9.5 to 17.0°, while in the rest of the region’s rivers, it was from 11.0 to 21.0°.
Consultation on the change in the hydrological situation in the rivers of the Lviv region indicates that in the next day, a decrease in water levels will prevail in the Dniester basin rivers, while on the other rivers, slight fluctuations in water levels with a predominance of decrease will be observed.
