Overview of the hydrological situation on rivers in the Lviv region as of 08:00, April 26, 2025:

According to the hydrometeorological network data, 2 – 16 mm of precipitation fell across Lviv region, with significant amounts up to 23 mm in some places, and at the hydro post Orava River – St. Svyatoslav it reached 40 mm (16 mm during the day on 25.04 and 24 mm at night on 26.04) over the day.

Over the past day, due to precipitation, the water levels in the Dniester Basin rivers increased by 1 – 17 cm, in some places up to 26 cm (HP Rybnik River – Maydan village).

On the lowland rivers of the San, Western Bug basins, and the upper reaches of the Styr, there was a slight increase in water levels up to 3 cm per day.

The water temperature in the mountain tributaries of the Dniester ranged from 3.5 – 12.0°, while in other rivers of the region it ranged from 7.8 – 19.0°.
