The hydrological situation on the rivers of the Lviv region is changing with the expected rainfall.
As of 08:00 on May 17, 2025, most rivers in the Dniester basin experienced a decrease in water levels from 1 to 10 cm. On the rest of the rivers in the region, there was a slight increase in water levels from 2 to 7 cm. The water temperature on the mountain tributaries of the Dniester ranged from 3.1 to 8.4°, while on the rest of the rivers in the region it was between 6.2 and 13.0°.
