
Overview of the hydrological situation on the rivers of Lviv region as of 08:00 on November 24, 2025.
According to the hydrometeorological network, between 0.2 and 2 mm of precipitation has fallen in the territory of Lviv region, locally up to 8 mm, particularly at the hydropost of the Dniester river in Sambir city. In the past day, most rivers in the Dniester basin observed a drop in water levels from 1 to 13 cm, whereas the remaining rivers noted an increase in water levels up to 7 cm per day.
On the lowland rivers of the Sian and Western Bug basins, slight increases in water levels from 1 to 5 cm per day continued. The water temperature in the mountainous tributaries of the Dniester ranged from 0.0 to 3.0°, while on other rivers, it was between 1.8 and 4.4°.
As of the morning of November 24, the height of the snow cover has significantly decreased and ranges from 4 to 15 cm, with 9 cm in Lviv. On meteorological sites in the mountainous area, the snow height is 20 cm in Turka and 9 cm in Slavske.
