
Water levels on the rivers of the Lviv region are decreasing, approaching minimum values.
In the past day, the region’s rivers have experienced a summer low flow, with water levels dropping by up to 7 cm. On certain tributaries of the Dniester, such as the Stryi and Holovchanka Rivers, water levels continue to approach their historical minimum values. Water temperature in the mountain tributaries of the Dniester ranged from 10.0 to 16.0 degrees, while on the rest of the region’s rivers it ranged from 17.0 to 21.0 degrees.
An advisory on the hydrological situation change in the rivers of the Lviv region indicates that the summer low flow will continue the following day. Further decreases in water levels and a gradual decrease in water volume are expected. On certain mountain tributaries of the Dniester, water levels will approach their historical minimum values.
