
Analysis of the Hydrological Situation in Lviv Region: Current Status and Forecast
Overview of the hydrological situation on the rivers of Lviv Region as of 08:00 on May 10, 2025:
According to data from the hydrometeorological network, up to 0.3 mm of precipitation was recorded in some places across Lviv Region (M Kam’yanka-Buzka) over the past day.
Decrease in Water Levels and Temperature Indicators
- In the past day, a decrease in water levels ranging from 1 to 15 cm was observed on rivers in the Dniester basin.
- On the plain rivers of the Sian, Western Bug basins, and in the upper reaches of the Styr, slight fluctuations in water levels were observed within the range of 1 to 6 cm per day, with a predominance of decrease.
- The water temperature in the mountainous tributaries of the Dniester was 2.8 – 7.3°, while on other rivers across the region it ranged from 5.4 – 12.0°.
Forecast for the Next Day
