
Queues of passenger vehicles heading out of Ukraine have formed at several checkpoints on the Ukrainian-Polish border. A total of 170 cars are currently waiting to cross into Poland.
Queues for Leaving Ukraine
At the time the information was published, the situation at the border checkpoints was as follows:
- Uhryniv — 20 cars;
- Rava-Ruska — 50 cars;
- Hrushiv — 25 cars;
- Krakivets — 50 cars;
- Shehyni — 25 cars.
Situation for Entering Ukraine
A queue has also formed in the direction of Ukraine. At the Shehyni checkpoint, 35 vehicles are waiting to enter the country.
Meanwhile, the Smilnytsia and Nyzhankovychi checkpoints currently have no queues for vehicles leaving Ukraine.
Recommendations for Travellers
To reduce waiting times at the border, travellers are advised to choose less congested checkpoints. Crossing the border in the early morning or late evening may also help avoid heavier traffic.
