A tragic road accident occurred near Lviv, claiming the life of Ukrainian Member of Parliament Orest Salamaha, who represented the “Servant of the People” party.
According to Lviv City Council member Ihor Zinkevych, Salamaha was driving an ATV when he collided with a bus. He sustained severe injuries and later died in the hospital without regaining consciousness.
Details of the accident are still being clarified. Law enforcement has launched an investigation to determine the exact circumstances of the incident.
Orest Salamaha had been serving as a member of Ukraine’s parliament since his election in 2019 under the “Servant of the People” party.
