New regional train Kolomyia–Lutsk to launch on May 6, 2025

“Ukrzaliznytsia” has announced the launch of a new regional route that will connect Kolomyia, Ivano-Frankivsk, Lviv, and Lutsk with a daytime train service.

Starting from May 6, 2025, the regional train No. 815/816 Kolomyia — Lutsk — Kolomyia will operate, providing a direct connection between Prykarpattia, Halychyna, and Volyn.

Train Schedule:

Towards Lutsk (operates every Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday):

  • Departure from Kolomyia at 06:55, arrival in Lutsk at 14:20.

  • Stops at:

    • Ivano-Frankivsk (07:37–07:40)

    • Khodoriv (08:53–08:54)

    • Lviv (10:10–10:26)

    • Pidzamche (10:37–10:39)

    • Radekhiv (11:55–11:56)

    • Horokhiv (12:31–12:32)

Towards Kolomyia (also on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays):

  • Departure from Lutsk at 15:17, arrival in Kolomyia at 22:35.

  • Stops at:

    • Horokhiv (17:07–17:08)

    • Radekhiv (17:42–17:43)

    • Pidzamche (19:05–19:07)

    • Lviv (19:18–19:41)

    • Khodoriv (20:47–20:48)

    • Ivano-Frankivsk (21:50–21:53)

On Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays, the train No. 815/816 will operate on the Kolomyia — Lviv — Kolomyia route. This will maintain daily morning and evening services between Ivano-Frankivsk and Lviv while allowing technical maintenance for comfortable and safe travel.

The route will feature a modernized PESA 620M rail bus with the following features:

  • 95 second-class seats

  • Air conditioning system

  • Wireless device chargers

  • Smooth and quiet travel experience

Tickets will be available for purchase from April 27:

  • via the “Ukrzaliznytsia” mobile application

  • on the official website booking.uz.gov.ua

  • at railway station ticket offices.
