Patrol officers assisted a family that found themselves late at night on the highway near Lviv.
Recently, during severe cold, patrol officers received a call to one of the gas stations near Lviv. There, a woman with children was stopping passing cars. Andriy Fedyshyn and Anna Sydorchuk arrived at the scene and found out that the woman was traveling from Zhytomyr with her sons to Mukachevo. They didn’t have money for a bus, so they were getting by any way they could.
They refused a temporary shelter until morning because they were in a hurry. The police convinced them, for the sake of at least the younger 10-year-old son, to go to the railway station and try to get home by train.
“Even seemingly minor help can be very timely and significant for someone,” the patrol officers noted. We thank our colleagues who, once again, help, rescue, and support 🤝.
