Conditions for Drawing Up a European Protocol
- The accident (collision) involved only two vehicles;
- no injured or deceased persons;
- no material damage to third parties;
- valid mandatory insurance policies;
- agreement between participants on the circumstances;
- drivers are sober.
As of 2025, the maximum insurance payout for property damage caused by an accident is increased to 250,000 UAH. For contracts signed before 2025, the maximum payout is 160,000 UAH.
