The Lviv Regional Center for Hydrometeorology warns about fog and icy conditions in the region.
According to the center, “across the territory of Lviv region and in the city of Lviv, fog with visibility of 200 – 500 m will persist until the end of the day on January 15”. On January 16, icy conditions are expected on the roads, corresponding to a yellow level of danger.
Drivers and pedestrians should be particularly careful, adhere to traffic rules, and maintain safe speed and distance. Pedestrians are recommended to choose footwear with non-slip soles and be cautious when moving.
