
In Lviv, rescuers successfully extinguished a fire in a residential building.
On June 30 at 19:44, the Rescue Service ‘101’ received a report about a fire in the city of Lviv on Vinnitsia street. The fire broke out in a two-story brick residential building covered with metal profiling, measuring 12×8 m. Upon the arrival of the rescuers at the scene, the roof of the building was ablaze entirely.
By 20:32, firefighters localized the fire and extinguished it by 20:38. As a result of the fire, a man born in 1977 was poisoned by combustion products. After being examined by medics, he refused hospitalization.
21 rescuers and 6 units of special equipment were involved in extinguishing the fire. The causes and circumstances of the fire are being investigated.
