A fire occurred in a wooden residential building in the village of Silets, Sheptytskyi district.
On February 1 at 01:29, a call about the fire was received. Upon arrival, the rescuers found the house’s roof completely engulfed in flames. The fire quickly spread through wooden structures, threatening the neighboring house. “Emergency workers localized the fire at 02:52 and extinguished it at 03:20,” reported the State Emergency Service.
8 firefighters and 2 units of special equipment were involved in the extinguishing process. There were no fatalities or injuries due to the incident. The cause of the fire is currently being investigated by specialists.
