Massive fires in Sheptytskyi district caused significant damage to nature and property
The fire engulfed over 8500 sq.m. of territory, killing all living things, damaging the environment, endangering people, and destroying property. These fires occurred in the Sheptytska community – 3 fires, and in the Lopatynska community – 1 fire.
Fighting the fire in the village of Mezhyrichchia
Yesterday, firefighters battled the fire in Mezhyrichchia village of Sheptytskyi district for more than three hours. The burning of dry grass quickly turned into a massive fire. As a result, the fire destroyed patches of dry grass, shrubs, and reeds over an area of 6500 sq.m, as well as 8 wooden holiday homes and 3 brick holiday homes. Thanks to the efforts of rescuers, 20 houses were saved.

- for citizens — from 3,060 to 6,120 UAH
- for officials — from 15,300 to 21,420 UAH
