Environmental protection institutions of Lviv region joined the assistance to internally displaced persons and the army

Environmental protection institutions of Lviv region – Yavoriv National Park, Skolivsky Beskydy National Park, Northern Podillya National Park, Verkhnodnistrovsky Beskydy RLP, Nadsyansky RLP and Stilske Gorbohirya RLP are actively involved in the fight against the invaders.

Employees of these institutions weave camouflage nets, coordinate the receipt of humanitarian aid on the ground, block the spread of misinformation by the occupiers in the information space, help temporarily displaced persons in Ukraine to settle in new places and reach women and children in Poland.

In particular, the Department of Ecology and Natural Resources stressed that the national nature parks of Lviv region carry out rehabilitation measures for internally displaced persons, in particular:

NPP “Skolivski Beskydy” organizes excursions on tourist routes of the park (more detailed information on excursions by phone numbers: 098 558 65 50 (Ivanka) or (251) 2-14-11 (administration of the park);
NPP “Northern Podillya” conducts trips and excursions through the territory of Podillya (more about the time and place by phone: 0969197073).

“Lviv region has become a humanitarian hub for all of Ukraine. Environmental workers have also been unable to stand by and are actively helping both the military and internally displaced persons. We invite migrants to visit national parks. Here you will be able to relax and learn about the beauty of nature of the Lviv region, “said Ruslan Grechanyk, Director of the Department of Ecology and Natural Resources.
