In the Lviv district, rescuers successfully extinguished a fire in a residential building.
On November 3 at 19:05, rescuers received a report about a fire in the village of Derniv, Lviv district. The fire engulfed the roof of a one-story residential building over an area of 75 sq.m. “Neighbors tried to extinguish the flames using fire extinguishers, but due to the rapid spread of the fire, rescuers had to be called,” the State Emergency Service reported.
**Two residential buildings were saved.** The fire was localized at 19:48 and extinguished at 20:35. Seven rescuers and two units of special equipment were involved in the firefighting efforts. Fortunately, no one was injured.
