During the day, Lviv rescuers extinguished nine fires, saving two buildings and one animal.
The rescuers emphasize the importance of following fire safety rules. They remind that most accidents and fires at home occur due to negligence and violation of basic safety rules.
To avoid fires, follow fire safety rules: be careful with open flames, do not smoke in bed, and monitor the condition of electrical networks. When leaving a room, do not leave televisions, irons, heaters, etc., turned on.
Do not leave children unattended and do not allow them to play with matches, lighters, and other dangerous items. Avoid overloading electrical networks and ensure safe use of stove and gas heating.
