In Sheptytskyi district, rescuers retrieved the body of a young man from the lake.
On August 15 at 19:02, rescuers received a report that in the village of Korchiv, Sheptytskyi district, a boy had drowned in the local lake. Emergency services from the city of Rava-Ruska arrived at the scene and used an inflatable boat and rescue rope to retrieve the deceased from the water. The deceased was identified as a young man born in 2002.
Rescuers caution: when swimming, choose only specially equipped and safe places, do not swim too far, do not dive in unfamiliar places, do not overestimate your abilities, and never consume alcohol while relaxing near water.
