Water levels are declining in the rivers of the Lviv region.
In the past day, water levels in the region’s rivers decreased by 1 – 9 cm. The water temperature in the mountainous tributaries of the Dniester ranged from 6.1 to 13.0 degrees, while in other rivers of the region it was 14.0 – 17.0 degrees. In some areas, minor vegetation remains near the banks at certain hydro posts.
Further decline in water levels and a gradual reduction in water flow is expected in the coming day. In some of the Dniester’s mountainous tributaries, water levels are approaching their minimum multi-year values.
