With the start of the summer vacation season and school holidays, there has been a significant increase in passenger traffic through the checkpoints of the Lviv customs.
The average rate is up to 20,000 vehicles per day. To speed up border crossing, we recommend choosing the least congested checkpoints. “Smilnytsia – Kroscienko” – it is accessible via the T-14-01 highway, which connects the towns of Stary Sambir, Khyriv, and Smilnytsia. The distance to Lviv is 116 km. “Ugryniv – Dolhobychiv” – to get there from Lviv, you need to head towards Zhovkva, Velyki Mosty, and Chervonograd on the R15 route, which leads to Volyn. Approximately at the 90th kilometer, you should turn left onto the T1408 road (follow the sign) and proceed towards the border. “Ugryniv” is located about 100 km from Lviv and just 12 km from the border with Volyn region.
