Lviv is preparing for potential challenges, particularly due to low temperatures and potential power outages.
An operational coordination headquarters is active in the city, led by Andriy Moskalenko. “We have formed brigades that are on duty 24/7. All work is coordinated by the operational headquarters,” said Andriy Moskalenko. There are 167 resilience points functioning in Lviv, where residents can warm up and charge their phones.
Some points operate around the clock, while others have specific working hours. An important element of these points are wood-burning stoves for heating if necessary. Announcements about the location of the nearest points for receiving technical and drinking water have also been placed in apartment buildings.
