An updated school cafeteria was opened in Murowane Lyceum of Murowane community, funded by the community and benefactors.
The cafeteria renovation cost 10.8 million UAH. The lyceum is part of the national network ‘Schools for Health Promotion’ and educates over 500 students. ‘Nice, modern, accessible to everyone – that’s how we wanted our cafeteria to be’, stated Bohdan Svystun, head of Murowane TG.
Acting head of Lviv Regional Council, Yuriy Kholod, emphasized the importance of quality school space even in challenging wartime. ‘We must do everything to ensure our children have the opportunity to live and study in Ukraine,’ he added.
Priests blessed the cafeteria premises, and guests had the opportunity to taste the dishes. The lyceum also actively implements volunteer projects to support the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
