Temporary traffic changes will be introduced in the city of Rava-Ruska due to the major repair of the M-09 Ternopil – Lviv – Rava-Ruska highway. The contractor is starting work on the installation of stormwater drainage within the city limits.
The restrictions will apply to heavy goods vehicles and international buses. They will take effect on July 10, 2026, at 10:00 and are expected to remain in place until approximately October 10, 2026.
During the repair works, a detour route has been arranged for trucks and international buses in accordance with the approved temporary traffic scheme.
Key changes for drivers:
- traffic through Rava-Ruska will be temporarily restricted for heavy goods vehicles;
- the restrictions will also apply to international bus services;
- the detour will run along the R-15 Kovel – Volodymyr – Chervonohrad – Zhovkva road and the T-14-04 Chervonohrad – Rava-Ruska road;
- drivers are advised to plan their routes in advance and take the temporary traffic scheme into account.
Road users are asked to remain attentive, follow the installed traffic signs, and comply with the requirements of the temporary traffic management system throughout the repair period.
