Undeclared sports shoes worth over 1 million UAH were discovered at the Rava-Ruska checkpoint.
Border guards of the 7th Carpathian Border Detachment, together with Lviv customs officers, found 229 pairs of branded sneakers in the luggage compartments of a scheduled bus heading to Ternopil. **The bus driver**, a 40-year-old man, claims that *the shoes are a delivery he received in Poland and was supposed to send to Zakarpattia by mail*.
Customs officers documented the violation and seized the goods.
