A new family-type children’s home has opened in the Stryi community for a family from Mariupol.
The Kislenko family, who are raising eight children, lost everything in Mariupol due to the war. They found temporary shelter in Germany but returned to Ukraine due to legislative restrictions. In Nezhukhiv, they received a new home funded by the government, with a total area of 351.3 sq.m. Stryi City Council provided all necessary assistance, and social support is provided by the local social services center.
“Be happy together in the Stryi community!” wished Maksym Kozytsky, the head of Lviv Regional State Administration, and Oleh Kanivets, the head of the Stryi community, who were the family’s first guests.
