In the Stryi district, rescuers successfully extinguished a fire in a residential building.
On October 10, at 12:39 PM, the Rescue Service received a report about a fire in the village of Zhyrova, Stryi district. The fire broke out in a single-story brick residential building with a slate roof, measuring 6×9 meters. Firefighter units from the towns of Khodoriv and Zhydachiv arrived at the scene. Upon arrival, they found household items burning in one of the rooms of the house.
The fire was localized at 1:05 PM and fully extinguished at 1:15 PM. Firefighters prevented the residential building from being destroyed by fire. Eight firefighters and two units of special equipment were involved in extinguishing the fire. The cause and circumstances of the fire are being investigated. No one was injured in the fire.
