The Lviv Regional Military Administration continues to simplify the work of drivers transporting humanitarian aid or cargo for the needs of the Armed Forces from abroad.

To obtain a permit to cross the state border you need to apply:
▪️ or to the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine
▪️ or to the regional military administration (Kyiv city military administration).
The carrier may, at its discretion, choose any of these bodies. They all have the same authority to authorize border crossings.
The appeal to the Ministry of Infrastructure is formed in five simple steps:
1) download and fill in all, without exception, the form field, sample by link;
2) print, sign and seal;
3) take a photo or make a scanned copy in pdf format;
4) send to the e-mail address zmiu98916@gmail.com in word format (* .doc or * .docx) and pdf;
5) fill in the questionnaire at the link.
Importantly! Permission to cross the border can be issued only to conscripts:
▪️ drivers who carry out transportation for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, other military formations formed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, as well as medical cargo and humanitarian aid cargo;
▪️ employees of railway transport enterprises that ensure the functioning and uninterrupted operation of the railway;
