Veteran PRO Platform Launched in Ukraine

Veteran PRO, a unified digital platform for veterans, veteran women, and their families, has been launched in Ukraine.

The Government of Ukraine, fulfilling the President’s mandate, has introduced Veteran PRO—a state digital platform that consolidates all information about benefits, programs, services, and opportunities in one place. The project is implemented by the Ministry of Veterans Affairs of Ukraine.

The platform is created to make state support simple, clear, and accessible. Veteran PRO brings together information on treatment programs, rehabilitation, prosthetics, education, employment, housing, sports, business development, social protection, and other areas in one place.

The user selects their status—veteran or veteran woman, person with a disability as a result of war, family member of a deceased Defender—and receives a personal route with step-by-step instructions. Each step links to the relevant sections containing service descriptions, requirements, links to services, and contacts of responsible institutions.

The platform aims to reduce bureaucracy and increase trust in government services. Veterans, veteran women, and their families can quickly find the information they need, receive services online, or consult with professional support staff.

Soon, Veteran PRO will be expanded: an AI chatbot for quick consultations will be available, regional programs with unique offers for each area will be introduced, a business discount catalog will be provided, and full integration with the ‘Diia’ platform will be established.

Veteran PRO is a step towards a digital state without barriers, where veteran support becomes simple, clear, and accessible to everyone.
