The operation of the ‘Ugryniv’ checkpoint has been resumed, processing is carried out in normal mode.
‘Due to technical malfunctions in the database, the processing of all categories of vehicles in both directions at the ‘Ugryniv’ checkpoint has been temporarily suspended’, – reported the State Border Service.
Technical specialists are already working to resolve the issue. Notification about the resumption of operations will be provided additionally. Please consider this information when planning your trip.
Due to the summer tourist season, the load on the checkpoints in the Lviv region has increased significantly. Passenger traffic has increased by 25%, and a rise to 40% is expected at the peak of the season.
Currently, there is traffic congestion at the checkpoints: ‘Shehyni’, ‘Krakivets’, ‘Hrushev’, ‘Rava-Ruska’, ‘Ugryniv’ (traffic suspended). On the other hand, ‘Nyzhankovychi’ and ‘Smilnytsia’ are operating in normal mode, with no queues.
To avoid long waiting times, we recommend choosing less congested routes. Find up-to-date information on the workload of checkpoints on official resources: Western Regional Directorate of the State Border Service of Ukraine-Western Border, 7th Border Carpathian Detachment.
